Hey Boomers! What Keeps You Up at Night?

So if you’re a baby boomer and any of these five areas are things that keep you up at night you’re not going to want to miss this upcoming Facebook Live series happening every Monday morning for the next 5 weeks. ·         The Health Worry:  Aging presents new and varied health challenges.  What do you have control of and what can you change or prevent? 

Week 3:  Wed. January 29

·         The Social Life (or loss of friends & family) Worry, the longer you live the more people you lose.

·         Strategies for building and maintaining a strong social life that offers gratification and a sense    of meaning.

Week 4: Wed. Feb 5

·      The Big Three Health Worries:  Dementia/Alzheimers, Cancer, Heart Disease.

·      Strategies for meeting and/or preventing these diseases.

Week 5: Wed. Feb 12

·         The Sandwich generation:  Many Boomers have aged parents, themselves and their children and grandchildren all to care for and even support (emotionally, physically & financially).
